What is online coaching
Contrary to popular belief and just what you find on google. Online coaching is more than just receiving a plan and being left to your own devices.
Online coaching provides you with the necessary communication, support and guidance to really dive into your goals, struggles, barriers and how we plan for it.
This is what my online coaching platform entails. I’m with you right from the moment you enquire and have a consultation with me. Through the in-depth discussions we have, I will then be able to then develop a personalised journey to my very own coaching app.
